Membership check
The app checks Patreon membership details to identify newly joining patrons at an eligible paid tier.
Private invitation
An eligible patron receives a private form at their Patreon email address to confirm the name for the diploma and recording.
Personal delivery
The app prepares a personalized diploma PDF and thank-you audio recording, then emails both as attachments.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
The planned welcome reward is for patrons who newly join at the Altruistic Phil-AI-ist ($5) tier or another higher tier that is eligible for this reward.
- It is a one-time welcome reward for eligible new members.
- People who are already members when the workflow launches are excluded.
- Delivery requires an eligible paid membership and completion of the invitation form.
- The reward is sent to the Patreon email address that received the invitation.
The automation is ready. This page does not indicate that invitations are currently being sent.
GOOGLE ACCOUNT ACCESS
The app runs in Google Apps Script under the Sciencephile creator account. That account authorizes the app to use Google Sheets for reward records, Google Drive for private templates and generated files, and Gmail for invitation and reward delivery.
Patrons do not authorize this app to access their Google accounts. Participating in the reward does not grant the app access to a patron’s Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google data.

DELIVERY NOTES
No exact delivery time is promised. Payment-status changes, service interruptions, processing errors, or other technical issues can delay or prevent a reward from being generated or delivered.
